A Safe Passage
A Safe Passage is an online resource that provides information, services, support and advocacy to women who have been affected by birth trauma. It also seeks to provide help to women who are or were abused during and/or after their pregnancy. They also share resources through their social media platforms.

Birth Trauma Ontario provides an environment to share stories and find support after experiencing a birth trauma. The site includes a number of supportive resources and commonly asked questions for people to comprehend their trauma.

Birthful is a website created to help women into and through motherhood. The website includes podcasts and information related to birth trauma, both the experience of birth in general and birth injuries.

eMental Health is a not-for-profit organization run by the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario. Their goal is to provide mental health services to children, youth and their families. They provide a list of services in the Eastern Ontario area for families to find what’s best for their needs. The services include therapy, phone lines, info sheets and external links.

Mothering
Mothering is a website designed for parents to discuss natural and eco-friendly options for their pregnancy, delivery and raising their family. Mothering also hosts a number of forums, where users can create their own forum or join others to make informed life choices, or to discuss issues.

Pregnancy and Infant Loss Network
The Pregnancy and Infant Loss Network provides families across Canada and even the United States with resources to seek help wherever they’re located to help them manage such a heart-breaking experience. They also provide updated event schedules for group therapy sessions. Families can also read stories from others who have gone through loss, and find healthcare professionals.

Solace for Mothers
Solace for Mothers is a website resource dedicated to providing support for mothers who have experienced a birth trauma. Trauma can go beyond the experience itself, and cause long-lasting effects to both the child and mother. The Southern Ontario Counselling Service provides a variety of counselling services in southern Ontario, just outside Waterloo, Ontario.
